Pastors really should take more time off in the summer, and to make that a little more fun and a lot more affordable, pastors and their families should swap houses. What if a pastor from Miami took a month off and swapped houses with a pastor from Denver? Or a pastor from Austrailia traded places with a pastor from Atlanta? Pastors could do this; so could school teachers or free-lancers.
I’m thinking about trying something like this next summer. I can pretty much work from anywhere, so why not expose my children to real-life somewhere else? If you live somewhere interesting but would like to live in Atlanta for a few weeks or a couple of months, let’s talk.
