From time to time, church planters and pastors asked who we used to get stuff. None of these links are referral links and I don’t get anything from recommending these businesses and services to you.
- For less than 100 t-shirts, I like Terminus Tees. If it’s more than 100, get a quote Bargain Tees.
- For Road Signs, talk to AGE Graphics. Get 100 at a time, and remember…use about 7 or 8 words max in your design.
- For invite cards, flyers and postcards, I really like Next Day Flyers. They are cheaper than most places, and if you don’t need it next day, you’ll save even more. I also check PsPrint.
- For postcard printing and mailing services, check out Liberty Press. They will print and mail your postcards for you. It’s slightly more expensive than doing your own “saturation mailout” but it’s super-easy. Ask for Tim.
- We use Creative Big Print to print all our vinyl banners and signs – from pop up displays to giant billboard size. Last time I checked, it was about $1.75 a square foot. Ask for Debbie.
- I like MailChimp for mass email services. You can have 2,000 people on your list for free. After that, the cost is very reasonable and the service is great. Constant Contact is another provider, but I like MailChimp better…it’s what I use for my own mailing list.
- Check out Calling Post to send out recorded messages to everyone on your database. It’s pretty cheap to send a message to everyone…just don’t over do it.
- A good place to get pipe and drape is Georgia Expo.
- We got our flag banner signs from Displays2Go. They also sell a really cool truss teaching podium.
- I’ve talked about Evernote and Dropbox before, but both of these tools are free (I use upgrades services from both of them.)
After a dozen years as a student pastor, and five years a church-starter, I'm the Chief Operating Officer of

Thanks for this list! Phenomenal! I was just looking for screen printers. Didn’t know Terminus was so good for less than 100! And $1.75 sqft is an AMAZING PRICE.
