I am Michael Lukaszewski and this is my personal website. I think of myself as your Chief Clarity Officer, working with leaders and decision makers to help you get the clarity they need so you can experience the results you want. I publish articles on mission, vision, strategy, leadership and occasionally topics that don’t fit neatly into any of these categories. If you lead people in any capacity, you’ll find the content helpful.
I grew up in Jacksonville. As an 18-year-old college freshman at Florida State University, I started working with students at a local church. Over the next 12 years, I would have the privilege to serve as a pastor in three different churches.
In 2005, my wife and I moved to Atlanta to start a brand new church. We held public services in a rented movie theater. Within a year, more than 700 people were attending on a regular basis. I led and spoke at Oak Leaf Church for about five years.
In 2010, I joined the team at The Rocket Company, where I served as the Chief Operating Officer. During my time there, we grew from $450,ooo in annual revenue to $2 Million in annual revenue. We came in at #602 on the Inc 5000 list in 2013 and were named a best place to work in Atlanta.
In 2015, I founded Church Fuel, an organization committed to helping churches grow healthy. Our virtual team works with thousands of churches each year through a subscription website, online courses, downloadable resources and one-on-one consulting.
Today, I speak, write, coach and help various organizations create clarity around mission, vision, strategy, team and more.
I’ve been married to Jennie for 18 years and we have three children. In my free time, I enjoy playing the guitar, gardening, reading and going to the movies.
