About

I am Michael Lukaszewski and this is my personal blog. It is focused on helping churches, businesses and non-profit organizations.

I write on leadership, marketing, resources customer service, and occasionally on random topics that don’t fit nicely into any of these categories. If you work in a small business or non-profit organization, you’ll find the information here helpful.

I typically post five times a week.  Make sure you subscribe via RSS or email.  If you’re interested in advertising on this site, contact me.

My Biography

After graduating from Florida State University with a degree in English, I started working with local churches.  In 2006, my family and I moved to Cartersville, Georgia to start a new church. In this setting, I learned to manage a staff and budget, communicate our mission, and reach people.

I’ve written three books, and am currently working on several additional projects.

I’ve been married to Jennie for 13 years and we have three children.  We live in Atlanta, Georgia.   In my free time, I enjoy playing the guitar, gardening, reading, and going to the movies.
